Swish
A sophisticated wine bar, relaxed tapas bar, lounge area, fine dining restaurant, and a specialised retail cellar. Its design emerged from a brief to create a new sense of comfort, luxury and sophistication. A colour palette of bronzes and black on black creates a quiet ambience offset by feature lighting and reflective surfaces. Decorative screens and warm timbers are distinguishing features which define and separate dining zones from lounge and wine bar. A state of the art commercial theatre Kitchen, extensive temperature- controlled wine walls, and cutting-edge bar fit-out are part of the design response to create a unique experience for patrons.
