Because each project is different, it is difficult to determine fees accurately, but here is a guideline for some types of projects we design:
Dental / Medical :
New space
Stage 1. CONCEPTUAL DESIGN:
Approx. $3990 + GST – up to a 3 surgery practice
Stage 2. DOCUMENTATION:
Approx. $5700 + GST – up to a 3 surgery practice
Stage 3. GATHERING OTHER PLANS & APPROVALS:
Approx. $1300 - $1800 + GST (eg: Radiation, Hydraulics, PWD requirements, Lodgements, Council Approvals, Certification.
Refurbishment of existing space:
Stage 1: CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Approx $2990 + GST (dependent on existing premises).
Stages 2 & 3:

If you are not sure about whether a space will be suitable or not for your practice:
FEASABILITY ASSESSMENT:
$850 + GST ( eg sewer connections, access for disabled, car parking, zoning etc). Fee based on Brisbane metro area.
Commercial Office / General Retail :
New space

Approx $4900 + GST
